基础隔震结构全寿命费用研究

【摘要】 近年来,隔震结构初期投入与将来可能的损失成为工程各界关注的焦点,本文详细分析了隔震结构全寿命费用的组成,建立了适合于初步估计和详细计算的基础隔震结构初始造价共性和个性评估模型;分析了隔震结构检查维护费用的计算方法;给出了隔震结构失效损失费用的组成及计算方法;最终得出全寿命周期的总费用评估模型。算例分析结果表明:虽然隔震结构在建设初期投入的费用可能高于传统抗震结构,但从全寿命期内来分析,隔震结构还是具有较好的经济效益。

【Abstract】 In recent years,more and more designers or engineers pay more attention to the initial cost and possible ecnomic loss,namely total life-cycle cost.In this paper,the composition of life-cycle cost for the isolated structure is analyzed in detail.The specific evaluation model of initial cost used as detailed analysis and the general evaluation model used as a preliminary analysis are established,and the calculation method of the operation and the maintenance cost for the isolated structure is introduced.Then the composition of failure loss cost and its calculation method are given.At last,the total evaluation model of life-cost is presented.By analyzing the numeral example,it is proved that the initial cost of the isolated structure may be higher than that of the traditional seismic structure,but in the whole life period,the cost of the isolated structure is lower than that of the general seismic structure,namely the isolated structure still has the advantage with investment-benefit criterion.
