双向地震激励下储罐隔震计算模型对比分析

【摘要】 铅芯橡胶垫基础隔震浮顶储罐在双向地震激励下,采用不同的隔震层恢复力计算模型计算所得的地震响应存在差异。不同工况下,若不加区别地选取将给储罐设计带来不利影响。通过分析高径比、阻尼比、隔震周期以及屈服强度参数对计算结果的影响得出,特定高径比时等效线性模型计算所得波高偏小,基底剪力和位移偏大,因此设计时应综合权衡各模型的计算结果,以便保证经济、安全;储罐设计时阻尼比宜取0.2,大于0.2时建议采用Park模型计算;对应不同的隔震周期,三种恢复力模型计算所得的地震响应峰值以及变化规律存在较大差异,不同隔震周期下进行储罐设计应依据主控项区别选取计算模型;支座屈服强度系数在0.1~0.15之间取值可得到最优减震效果。

【Abstract】 Seismic responses of the liquid storage tanks isolated by lead-rubber bearing are investigated for bi-directional earthquake excitation.The bearing with different force-deformation behavior will give different response results.In different engineering situations,if don’t notice the difference of computational model,it will make an adverse impact on tank design.By analyzing the impacts of the height to diameter ratio,the damping ratio,the isolation period and the yield strength parameters on the calculation results,several conclusions can be drawn.For specific height to diameter ratio,the wave height is too small and the base shear and displacement are too large if they are calculated by the equivalent linear model.In order to achieve the economy and ensure the security,a comprehensive evaluation of the results for each model should be done when the tank is designed.Taking 0.2 as the damping ratio is suitable,when it’s greater than 0.2,we suggest taking Park model for tank design.If we design the tank according to different isolation periods,the choice of model should base on the main factors.Choosing the bearing yield strength coefficient between 0.1~0.15,an optimal damping effect may be achieved.
