基于WFI动三轴试验仪的小型土箱振动台试验系统研制

【摘要】 为开展模型地基土动力特性的试验研究,开展了小型土箱振动台试验系统的研制。该系统由WFI动三轴试验仪的控制平台、气压供应系统、气压动力设备和伺服控制数据采集系统与自行设计制作的承台及支撑导向系统、小型土箱、信号调理变换器组装而成。经过性能检测,该系统台面具有较好的单向平稳振动性能,并能通过位移控制实现地震动输入,小型土箱较理想地消除了土箱边界上地震波的反射和散射效应,信号调理变换器设计合理,测试结果可信。该系统适宜于开展小尺寸的模型地基土振动台系列试验研究。

【Abstract】 In order to carry out the research on dynamic properties of model-foundation-soil,a small size soil-box shaking table system was developed.It is assembled by the ready-made equipment from WFI dynamic triaxial apparatus including control platform,air pressure power,pneumatic power equipment,and control and data acquisition system(CDAS) and the ancillary equipment designed by authors including caps and guiding devices,small soil-box and signal conditioning converter.By the performance investigating,the system’s table has satisfactory unidirectional and stable properties and it can achieve the earthquake wave input by displacement controlling.The reflection and scattering effect from the boundary of the small soil-box can be neglected.The signal conditioning converter is designed rationally and the testing results are credible.So the system is appropriate to carry out the research on dynamic properties of small-scale model foundation soils.
