不同垂度导线连接变电站实体耦联设备振动台试验研究

【摘要】 为了对地震作用下柔性导线连接的变电站电气设备间的相互作用进行研究,本文进行了不同垂度下柔性双分裂导线连接实体隔离开关和断路器的地震模拟振动台试验。振动台试验中采用无导线连接的单体设备以及三种不同松弛度导线连接设备体系,在不同强度的三种地震动输入下对耦联体系的动力响应进行了试验研究。试验结果表明:导线的存在使得耦联设备间存在较强的非线性耦合振动。对于松弛度较小的导线,地震动较小时,由于导线对设备的约束及导线振动的能量耗散作用,导线的存在减小了设备的响应;地震动较大时,导线的振动剧烈,产生动力相互作用,对设备产生不利的影响。松弛度较小的导线具有非线性连接件的特点,且导线与设备、设备与设备间存在着耦合振动。变电站柔性导线连接设备需要考虑强震作用下导线的影响。

【Abstract】 In order to study the seismic interaction between substation equipments connected by flexible conductors,shaking table tests on real disconnected switch and circuit breaker connected by flexible two-bundled conductors with different sag were conducted.Test specimens included individual equipments and coupled equipments interconnected by flexible conductors with different sag.The seismic responses of the coupled systems under three sets of input ground motions with different intensities were studied.Experimental results show that the existence of the conductor in the coupled systems exhibited strong nonlinear coupling vibration.For the flexible conductor with small sag,when the ground motions are small,the flexible conductor reduced the responses of the equipments due to the constraint through conductor and the energy dissipation caused by conductor vibration.However,when the ground motions are large,the severe vibration was excited in the conductor and the strong interaction between the coupling systems caused negative impact on the equipments.There existed coupled vibration between the flexible conductor and the equipments.The dynamic interaction of the equipments interconnected by flexible conductors should be considered in the seismic design of substation equipments.
