高强复合玻璃纤维加固RC梁疲劳性能研究

【摘要】 现有桥梁中有一部分需要进行加固,而采用高强复合玻璃纤维进行加固在国内尚属起步阶段,研究其加固性能,尤其是加固后的疲劳性能是一项有意义的工作。本文进行了高强复合玻璃纤维加固RC梁在重复荷载作用下的弯曲性能试验研究。试验表明:粘贴高强复合玻璃纤维后混凝土梁的疲劳寿命提高了2倍多,其疲劳变形减少了61%~65%,加固梁的疲劳抗裂性能得到了较大改善。因此,粘贴复合玻璃纤维是提高混凝土梁疲劳性能的有效方法,可用于延长混凝土梁的使用寿命。本文还通过加固梁的钢筋应力幅值与疲劳寿命的关系,拟合出S-N曲线。

【Abstract】 There are parts in the existing bridges which need to be reinforced.It is a beginning in our country using advanced glass-fiber composites to strengthen the bridge.So,it is meaningful to study the behavior of RC beams strengthened with advanced glass-fiber composites,especially the fatigue behavior.This paper presents the flexural behavior of RC beams strengthened with advanced glass-fiber composites by conducting repeating loading test on six concrete beams.It is shown that the fatigue life of concrete beams strengthened with advanced glass-fiber composites is prolonged by more than two times,the fatigue deformation is decreased by 61%~65%,and the anti-crack property is much improved,all of which have a great significance for structures in corrosive environment.The advanced glass-fiber composites is effective for the improvement of fatigue performance of concrete beams.This paper fits S-N curve by the relationship between the stress amplitude of steel bar and the fatigue life of concrete beams strengthened with advanced glass-fiber composites.
