钢混凝土管柱-钢桁架竖向混合结构抗震性能试验研究

【摘要】 工业建筑结构体系取决于生产工艺及使用要求,生产工艺的复杂性往往导致复杂的结构形式。为了满足工艺要求,形成了一类钢筋混凝土管柱-钢桁架竖向混合结构。为了研究其抗震性能,选取一实际结构,取1/4子结构,模拟边界条件,按1/8缩尺比制作模型。对模型进行动力特性测试,选择El Centro波(1940 NS)对模型进行拟动力试验,再进行拟静力试验,试验得到了该结构的动力特性参数及在地震作用下的动力反应。分析了结构自振频率及阻尼比变化,变形性能,滞回性能和破坏模式等;在试验基础上,给出了结构水平承载力的计算公式,为建立该类结构的抗震设计方法提供依据。

【Abstract】 The structural system of industrial buildings depends upon the production technology and operating requirements,so the complexity of the production technology always leads to a complex structure style.A vertical hybrid structure consisting of reinforced concrete pipe columns and steel truss is formed to meet the technological requirements.Selecting a practical structure,choosing 1/4 substructure,imitating the boundary condition,a 1/8 scale model is constructed.Dynamic properties of the model are measured,and then a pseudo-dynamic test and a pseudo-static test are carried out to study the seismic behavior of this structure.In the experiment the model is subjected to El Centro ground motion(1940 NS)with the peak value of acceleration varying from 50 to 800Gal.The dynamic property parameters and the dynamic responses of the structure under earthquake action are obtained in the test.The alteration of the natural frequency of vibration and the damping ratio,the deformation performance,the hysteretic behavior and the failure mode of the model are analyzed.A formula to calculate the horizontal bearing capacity of the structure is suggested on the basis of the experimental results.The research can provide a basis for the seismic design methods of the structure.
