光电液位传感器及其在桥梁挠度自动测量中的应用

【摘要】 挠度是反映桥梁线性变化的重要参数,光电液位传感器是一种新型的连通管液位检测传感器,它的测量精度能达到0.1mm。将光电液位传感器、连通管、485总线、RS485/232转换卡、计算机等组成桥梁挠度自动测量系统,能够对大型桥梁挠度进行多点、长期、在线、远程、自动监测且不受桥梁现场高尘、高湿和浓雾的影响。目前,该系统已经成功应用到重庆大佛寺长江大桥上,测量结果表明可以准确获取桥梁的挠度信息,测量的挠度值能够真实反映桥梁的挠度变化,是一种有效的桥梁挠度自动测量方法。

【Abstract】 The deflection is an important parameter that reflects the bridge linear variety.The optoelectronic liquid-level sensor is a novel kind of senor for detecting the connected-pipe liquid-level,and its measurement accuracy is in the 0.1mm level.The bridge deflection measuring system is made up of the optoelectronic liquid-level sensors,connected pipe,485 bus,RS485/232 transition card,computer etc.The system can be applied for multipoint,long-period,online,remote,automatic measurement of long-span bridge deflection and it is not affected by the dust,humidity,and fog in the bridge.At present,the system has been successfully applied in the Dafosi Bridge over Yangtze River in Chongqing.The measuring data show that the system can accurately collect the bridge deflection information and the measured deflection can really reflect the bridge deflection variety,so it is an effective method for automatically measuring the bridge deflection.
