【Abstract】 Quality of soil around the underwater penetrating pipeline which was used to draw Luanhe river to the port was studied in this paper. Based on the experimental analysis of main physical and mechanical properties of soil stratum, experimental installation was designed and five kinds of operating mode were analyzed accordingly.
