【摘要】 建筑结构传统的设计方法是依靠结构自身的能力耗散振动能量。近十几年来，减小建筑结构在强烈地震地面运动和风荷载作用下的损失，越来越引起科学家和工程师的关注。结构振动控制的研究和应用已经取得了可喜的成果。迄今为止，许多振动控制的方法已经成功地应用于实际工程中。本文的目的是回顾中国振动控制在土木工程结构中的研究和应用情况。其中包括：基础隔震和被动控制技术、主动控制、混合控制和半主动控制以及国家自然科学基金对振动控制项目的资助和与振动控制有关的学术团体。最后，文中预测了中国振动控制的发展方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 The aim of this paper is to provide a state-of-the-art review of researches andapplications of structural control in civil engineering in China.
