射孔对水泥环损伤的综合试验研究

【摘要】 为了探讨射孔时水泥环的损伤机理,系统地进行水泥环抗窜的综合试验研究,本文设计了模拟射孔的综合试验装置和材料动态性能测试装置。文中介绍了这两套装置的设计思想和试验方法。文中还对内边界受冲击力作用的镶嵌圆环进行了动光弹实验,结果表明,应力分布局限在有限范围内。

【Abstract】 In order to study the mechanism of the damage of the concrete circle which is used to fix the oil well in the process of hole shooting, synthetic experiments about preventing and resisting the oil permeation are carried out systematically. A kind of synthetic experiment equipment used to simulate the well fixing and hole shooting and multi - functional apparatus for measuring the dynamic properties of the materials are designed. In the paper, the design conception and the experiment method are introduced. An experimental study of inlaid circular ring under impact force on interior boundary is also conducted. The result shows that the stress is distributed in a limited scope.
