【Abstract】 At present once influential earthquake occured,three elements of earthquake are send to the mobile phone of Personnel these working in the earthquake administration.And there is no effective method to issue other information quickly.This paper introduces a new Automatic MMS Publication System in the Seismic Networks Center of Heilongjiang Province and studies a method to issue the earthquake information more timely and effectively using this new system.更多还原
