【Abstract】 This paper described the process of design and implement for the Liaoning Earthquake Emergency Commanding System.From the requirement of earthquake emergency in Liaoning,the project has established a set of earthquakes emergency data service system combining hardware and software.It based on the basic date of the earthquake emergency,networks,software programming,databases and other technology.The system made the emergency command and exchange of information more visual and faster,greatly improving the efficiency of emergency command.更多还原
