【Abstract】 The anomalous change of the water level from Benxi well before and after Nantou-Hualian earthquake of M_S7.6 on Sept.21,1999 and Xiuyan-Haicheng earthquake of M_S5.4 on Nov.29,1999 is summarized.It is considered that this strong earthquake swarm activity leads to change the strain and stress field in Liaoning area,which is one of the reasons of Xiuyan-Haicheng earthquake M_S5.4 occurred.更多还原
