特大地震伤员应急医疗救治管理模式分析

【摘要】 目的总结地震前沿医院对地震伤员的应急医疗救治管理模式。方法地震发生后医院立即启动应急预案,成立抗震救灾指挥部,统一指挥,打破建制,集中场地,集中资源,外科专业分片负责,全院协调。结果短期内有序地对1941名地震伤员进行了分诊、治疗、转运,降低了伤残率、死亡率,有效避免了院感的发生。结论严格的管理和严密的组织架构以及完善的各种应急预案对医院的应急医疗救治是非常重要的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the mode of advancing front hospital emergency medical treatment administration in the wounded of the deadly earthquake.Methods Emergency program was started up after deadly earthquake,the anti-earthquake command post was established,unified command and broke system,concentrated the place and resources,surgery department took responsibility divisional and coordinated all hospital. Results The earthquake wounded of 1941 cases were orderly triaged and treated and transported in the short-term,degraded the disabled rate and mortality,avoided hospital infection.Conclusions It is very important which the hospital have strict administration and rigorous organization structure and consummate emergency program to meet an emergency medical treatment remedy.更多还原
