废旧LiFePO4电池循环利用的可行性研究

【摘要】 对废旧LiFePO4电池循环利用的可行性进行了研究。结果表明:通过放电、拆解、破碎、分选、浸泡、正极分离的回收工艺流程,对汽车用LiFePO4电池中的组分材料进行分类回收,可达到较高的资源回收率;废旧LiFePO4电池正极在80℃下浸泡4 h,可实现铝箔与正极材料混合物完全分离;烧结温度为700℃时所得再生产物在结晶度、首次充放电、循环性能、电荷传递电阻等方面表现优异;采用本实验所述方法能对废旧LiFePO4电池中的正极材料进行有效回收,并且再生制作的LiFePO4电池的电化学性能良好,有效地实现了废旧LiFePO4电池的循环利用。

【Abstract】 The feasibility of recycling utilization of waste LiFePO4 battery was studied. The results showed that the component materials in the automobile LiFePO4 battery can be classified and recovered to achieve a high resource recovery rate through the recovery process of discharge, disassembly, crushing, sorting, soaking and positive pole separation. When the anode of waste LiFePO4 battery was immersed at 80 ℃ for 4 h, the aluminum foil and anode materials can be completely separated. The regenerated products obtained at the sintering temperature of 700 ℃ exhibited excellent performance in crystallinity, first charge and discharge, cycle performance, charge transfer resistance, etc. The anode materials in the waste LiFePO4 battery can be effectively recycled by using the method described in this experiment, and the regenerated LiFePO4 battery possessed good electrochemical properties, thus realizing the recycling utilization of waste LiFePO4 battery.
