【摘要】 中蒙俄经济走廊是"一带一路"建设中六大经济走廊之一,具有重要经济价值与战略意义。自2013年习近平主席提出"一带一路"倡议以来,中蒙俄经济走廊在设施联通、产业开发、生态环境诸多领域的合作取得一定进展,但受全球变暖、区域自然环境差异等因素的影响,走廊开发合作也面临包括灰霾、沙尘暴、土壤重金属化、水土流失及荒漠化、水资源匮乏、水质恶化、近海污染、生态退化等生态环境问题的严重挑战。如何通过绿色开发合作,有效规避和解决中蒙俄经济走廊开发合作过程中生态环境风险与问题,应成为三国政府的共同关注。更多还原

【Abstract】 The China-Mongolia-Russia economic corridor,one of the six economic corridors in the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative(BRI),has important economic value and strategic significance.In the economic corridor,there has been some progress in the development of infrastructure,industries and environmental protection since President Xi Jinping proposed the concept of BRI in 2012.However,under the impact of global warming and the difference of regional natural environment,the cooperation in the corridor is also faced with great challenges of a series of environmental issues relating to dust haze,dust storms,heavy metal pollution in soil,the lack of water and the deterioration of its quality.It has become an urgent and common issue for China,Russia and Mongolia to effectively avoid the ecological and environmental risks in building the China-Mongolia-Russia economic corridor through cooperation of green development.更多还原
