【Abstract】 The construction progress, cost and quality are called the three control targets in the construction project. The paper discusses the theory and method of comprehensive optimization for the three control targets, carries out the checking calculation taking spillway project of a certain small hydropower station as an example. The results show that the optimization decision of the three control targets could be obtained conveniently for the project by using the comprehensive optimization model.更多还原
