水库大坝地震监测系统 (二)变极距型电容加速度传感器
Dam-reservoir Earthquake Monitoring System Part Two Variable-distance Capacitance Accelerometer
【摘要】 全面介绍了用于地震测量的变极距型电容加速度传感器的设计原理,详细描述了变极距差分型电容器的结构原理、传感器电容极板激励信号产生电路和中间极板输出信号处理电路,最后给出了所设计的传感器技术指标和实际标定数据。
【Abstract】 The principle of variable-distance capacitance accelerometer used in earthquake measurement is introduced generally. The principle of the structure of the differential capacitor, the excitation-signal circuit for the accelerator capacitor electrode and the output amplification circuit for the middle-electrode are described in detail. Some important specifications and actual data of the accelerometer are given.
