料液上升流速对厌氧产氢颗粒污泥的影响

【摘要】 为研究水力因素对升流式厌氧污泥床(UASB)反应器产氢颗粒污泥的影响,通过内循环方式改变料液上升流速,探讨其对颗粒污泥性能和产氢效能的影响。结果表明,料液上升流速从0.15 m·h-1增至0.6 m·h-1,颗粒污泥胞外聚合物(EPS)含量从99.48 mg·g-1VSS增至214.51 mg·g-1VSS,平均粒径从0.7 mm增至1.48 mm;松散附着的胞外聚合物(LB-EPS)在EPS中含量百分比减少,而紧密粘附的胞外聚合物(TB-EPS)含量百分比增加;颗粒污泥强度增大;产氢细菌相对丰度从59.52%增至66.45%;此过程产氢速率维持在16.08~17.04 L·d-1。上升流速增至1.2 m·h-1,污泥沉降性能变差,产氢率显著降低。研究揭示水力因素对产氢颗粒污泥特性的影响,为UASB产氢反应器调控提供参考。

【Abstract】 In order to study the effect of hydrodynamic factor on the hydrogen-producing granular sludge in the upflow anaerobic sludge blanket(UASB) reactor, the liquid upflow velocity was changed by the internal circulation method to investigate its effects on the hydrogen production efficiency and the granular sludge characteristics. The results showed that as the increase of upflow velocity ranging from0.15 m · h-1 to 0.6 m · h-1. The extracellular polymeric substance(EPS) content increased from 99.48 mg·g-1 VSS to 214.51 mg.g-1 VSS, and the proportion of loosely bound EPS(LB-EPS) decreased while the proportion of tightly bound EPS(TB-EPS) increased; The granular sludge strength increased, and the size of the granular sludge increased from 0.7 mm to 1.48 mm; The relative abundance of hydrogenproducing bacteria increased from 59.52% to 66.45%; The hydrogen production rate re-mained within the ranges of 16.08-17.04 L · d-1. However, with the increasing upflow velocity ranging from 0.6 m · h-1 to 1.2 m · h-1, the sludge sedimentation performance deteriorated, and the hydrogen production rate decreased significantly. This study revealed the effect of hydrodynamic factor on the hydrogen-producing granular sludge, thus providing references for the regulation of the hydrogen-producing UASB reactor.
