鹅源H5N1禽流感病毒感染对雏鸭红细胞免疫功能的影响

【摘要】 将100只21日龄雏鸭随机分为AIV感染组(I)和对照组(C),应用免疫学和细胞培养及MTT等方法动态检测AIV感染雏鸭血液红细胞免疫黏附能力、红细胞免疫自身调控能力以及红细胞促外周血淋巴细胞增殖能力。结果表明,雏鸭感染AIV后1~14 d,红细胞C3b受体花环(E-CRR)率明显低于对照组,而红细胞免疫复合物花环(E-ICR)率明显高于对照组;AIV感染雏鸭后3~21 d,红细胞C3b受体花环促进率(RFER)显著低于对照组,且红细胞C3b受体花环抑制(RFIR)率显著高于对照组;AIV感染雏鸭的红细胞对血液T、B淋巴细胞增殖促进能力明显低于对照组。表明AIV感染引起的雏鸭红细胞免疫黏附功能、自身调控能力和T、B淋巴细胞增殖能力下降,与AIV感染导致雏鸭外周血免疫功能降低密切相关。

【Abstract】 In this study, one hundred 21-day-old ducklings were randomly assigned into two groups: AIV infection group(I) and un-infection group(C). Erythrocyte immune adherence function,erythrocyte immune self-regulation ability and regulative ability of erythrocyte acting on lymphocyte proliferation were performed to figure out the mechanism of duckling immune pathogenesis with MTT method. The results showed that erythrocyte C3b receptor rosette(E-CRR)ratio of duckling infected with AIV was significantly decreased than that AIV un-infection ducklings in 1-14 d. erythrocyte immune complex rosette(E-ICR) ratio of AIV infection group was significantly higher than that of control group in1-14 d; the immune enhancing factor of AIV infection ducklings were lower than that in control group from 3-21 d, while the immune inhibition factor of AIV infection group were higher from 3-21 d than that in control group; Besides, the ability of T, B lymphocytes proliferation in the AIV infection group was obviously lower than that in control group. Therefore, this study illustrated that the AIV infectioninduced declines of erythrocyte immune adherence function, self-regulation ability and T, B lymphocyte proliferation ability in ducklings are closely related to erythrocyte immune.
