添加糠醛与木质素磺酸钠对玉米秸秆压缩成型的影响

【摘要】 为了降低玉米秸秆在成型过程中的压缩能耗,同时保证秸秆成型块的物理品质,实验研究了添加糠醛、植物油、木质素磺酸钠和淀粉对玉米秸秆压缩成型性能的影响.结果表明:添加糠醛的软化效果比植物油显著,添加木质素磺酸钠的粘结效果比淀粉显著.当在1.5 g玉米秸秆里同时添加0.05 g木质素磺酸钠与0.1 m L糠醛时,在保证秸秆成型块的物理品质的前提下,秸秆的压缩比能耗由未添加时的43.734 J/g下降到21.953 J/g,抗跌碎率达到99.87%.

【Abstract】 In order to reduce the compression energy and to ensure the physical quality of the corn straw briquettes,the effects of adding plant oil,furfural,amymul and sodium lignosulphonate on the compression of corn straw were studied. The results show than the softening effect of furfural is stronger than that of plant oil,and the bonding effect of sodium lignosulphonate is stronger than that of amymul.Under the premise of ensuring the physical quality of straw briquettes,the the energy consumption of compression ratio can be reduced from 43.734 J/g to 21.953 J/g,and the resistance to break is 99.87% when add 0.05 g sodium lignosulphonate and 0.1 m L furfural in 1.5 g corn straw.
