【Abstract】 Multicast broadcast service (MBS) plays a key role in the emergency communication. UP-MBS and MP-MBS are the communication models in emergency communication,but there exist some shortages. In this paper two more reliable running styles,R-UP-MBS and R-MP-MBS,are designed through introducing ARQ mechanism in order to improve communication quality and reliability.
