预应力现浇箱梁施工质量控制要点分析

【摘要】 当前,在城市快速公路和高速公路中预应力砼现浇箱梁施工技术已经被广泛运用。文章以某高速路某段为例,从地基处理、支架的布设、模板安装、混凝土浇筑四个方面分析了预应力砼现浇箱梁的施工要点,并提出在预应力砼现浇箱梁的施工中可能会存在的波纹管的堵塞和预应力的张拉力方面的质量问题,针对问题提出了预应力砼现浇箱梁的施工质量控制措施,为以后同类工程的施工提供了宝贵的借鉴经验。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present, the construction technology of prestressed concrete cast-in-place box girder has been widely used in urban expressway and expressway. Taking a section of a highway as an example, this paper analyzes the construction points of prestressed concrete cast-in-place box girder from four aspects: foundation treatment, support arrangement, formwork installation and concrete pouring. The quality problems of bellows blockage and prestressed tension in the construction of prestressed concrete castin-place box girder are put forward, and the construction quality control measures of prestressed concrete cast-in-place box girder are put forward in view of the problems, which provides valuable reference experience for the construction of similar projects in the future.更多还原
