【Abstract】 This paper presents a method to test the frequency characteristics of the network and the components by using the wideband white noise. A wideband white noise generator is designed. The conventional noise diode is used as the noise source and the white noise signal is amplified by MMIC. Finally, the wideband noise generator is used to measure the filter, and the practicability and accuracy of the noise generator are verified.更多还原
