【Abstract】 Referring to the medical care of victims of "5.12" Wenchuan earthquake in affected hospitals,the experiences in dealing with the thoracic injury were summarized.The characteristics and necessity of triage and evacuation of casualties injured in this kind of mass trauma were emphasized.The differences in arrival time after disaster,date and causes of death after rescue,and content of rescue of chest injury among different level hospitals were analyzed.The field rescue of chest trauma and its particularity in following care were also discussed.更多还原
