【Abstract】 At the end of 2004, a burst of the Indian Ocean earthquake and tsunami swept across Southeast Asia and various countries in South Asia, which resulted in a dead roll exceeding 160,000 and other incalculable damages and loss. It is natural for the Chinese people to be wondering about their own capacity in disaster reduction and making emergency plan. The forum of this issue will, from the perspectives of government, experts and scholars, discuss the main problems and its corresponding strategies of disaster reduction and emergency plan in China.更多还原
