中国城市群土地利用效率的演变特征及提升路径

【摘要】 采用SBM-Undesirable模型对中国8个城市群土地利用效率进行了研究,并结合要素冗余度对效率优化路径进行了分析。结果显示:城市群整体土地利用效率呈上升趋势,但空间上呈东部地区高、中西部地区低的格局,东部地区呈现高值集聚现象,中西部地区呈中心—外围格局;资本过度投入、工业二氧化硫高排放是土地利用效率低的主要原因,且各要素冗余度呈现东部地区低、中西部地区高和大城市低、小城市高的分布格局。据此认为,应增强城市群间及其内部的合作,对中西部地区或小城市给予更多的技术支持,加速传统产业转型升级,加强环保治理力度,促进区域协同绿色发展,以实现城市土地利用效率的整体改善。

【Abstract】 The SBM-Undesirable Model is used to study the land use efficiency of eight urban agglomerations,and the efficiency optimization path is analyzed by combining the factor redundancy. The results show that: The overall land use efficiency of urban agglomerations is on the rising,but the spatial pattern is "lower in the east,high in the west ",high value gathers in the east,and the spatial pattern of central and western regions is "central-periphery"; Excessive capital investment and high emission of industrial sulfur dioxide are the main reasons for the low efficiency,and the redundancy of each element presents the distribution pattern of"high in the east,low in the west"and"high in the small cities,low in big cities". Accordingly,urban agglomerations and internal cooperation should be strengthened,more technical support should be given to the central and western regions or small cities,traditional industries should be transformed and upgraded,environmental protection efforts should be strengthened,regional coordinated green development should be promoted,and the overall improvement of urban land use efficiency should be achieved.
