多种纤维层间混杂黏贴对钢筋混凝土梁延性影响的试验研究

【摘要】 针对碳纤维黏贴的钢筋混凝土梁的强度增强和延性改善不一致的现象,采用多种纤维层间混杂黏贴方式对钢筋混凝土梁进行处理,通过三分点加载试验研究纤维的种类、黏贴顺序以及混杂比例对试验梁抗弯承载力、变形能力以及延性的影响。研究结果表明:纤维材料的极限拉伸强度越大,配布量越大,对试验梁极限承载力提高越明显,与无加固梁相比提高了38.8%~65.3%;纤维材料的断裂延伸率越大,加固梁的变形能力就越好;各试验方案中,芳纶/玄武岩/碳纤维层间混杂黏贴的方式对试验梁的延性提升作用最明显,其综合延性指标和能量延性指标相比于碳纤维梁分别提高了44.8%和125.0%,该混杂纤维加固方式可为有抗震要求的加固设计提供参考。

【Abstract】 In view of the phenomenon that the strength and ductility of the reinforced concrete beam bonded with carbon fiber are inconsistent, the reinforced concrete beam is strengthened by a variety of fiber hybrid methods.The effect of fiber type, pasting sequence, and mixing ratio on the bending capacity, deformation capacity, and ductility of the test beam was investigated by a three-point loading test. The test results show that the greater the ultimate tensile strength of the fiber material and the greater the amount of the distribution, the more significant the ultimate bearing capacity of the test beam is, which is increased by 38.8%~65.3% compared with the non-reinforced beam; the greater the elongation at break of the fiber material, the better the deformability of the reinforcing beam; in all experimental schemes, the aramid/basalt/carbon fiber interlaminar hybrid method has the most obvious effect on the ductility of the test beam. The comprehensive ductility index and energy ductility index increase by 44.8% and 125.0% respectively compared to the carbon fiber beam. The hybrid fiber reinforcement method can provide reference for the reinforcement design with seismic requirements.
