引入时间紧迫系数的应急物资运输路径优化
Transport path optimization for emergency material considering the time urgent coefficient
【摘要】 考虑应急物资调运的特殊性,在我国积极构建综合运输体系的前提下,充分发挥各种运输方式的比较优势,规避单一运输方式完成运输全程中对于运输时间和运输费用的浪费,运用多式联运理论,考虑路网的脆弱性,在对应急物资按时间紧迫性进行划分的前提下,建立应急物资全程调拨时运输方式和路径选择问题的综合模型,并设计了改进的蚁群算法,结合算例说明当应急物资对于时间紧迫性要求不同时运输路径的变化情况。
【Abstract】 On the condition of constructing integrated transportation system actively in China,in order to avoid the waste of transportation time and cost for the single transport mode in completing the whole course,and to take the comparative advantage fully for each transport mode,the specialty of emergent material transportation was considered,and multimodal transportation theory as well as network vulnerability was applied to establish comprehensive model of transport mode and path selection for the whole course based on the emergency material division by time urgency,The modified ant colony algorithm was designed which combines with an example to explain the transport path change conditions according to the different time urgency demanded by emergent materials.
