【Abstract】 Starting from the definition of positive and normative concepts of urban forest planning, this paper reviews positive and normative traditions in landscape architecture, and exposes the developing trend of equally important position. Based on positive and normative characters, urban forest planning methods are discussed. After expounding the rational procedure of urban forest planning and its improvements, the paper proposes a double-cycle process of urban forest planning which emphasizes on both positive and normative characters.更多还原
