【摘要】 土地储备是指城市土地储备中心根据土地储备计划,对城市规划区范围内的土地使用权以不同形式将其纳入政府土地储备库的行为。本文介绍了土地储备动态管理的业务流程、数据支撑和平台构架,通过对历史和现有的土地储备项目进行整合、更新和完善,建设统一规范的土地储备空间地理数据库,并基于GIS技术搭建土地储备综合信息管理平台,在此基础上实现土地储备的动态管理和监测。更多还原
