地面沉降影响下埋地燃气管道的应力监测与分析

【摘要】 对在建的上海中心大厦附近某段埋地燃气管道装设应力监测系统,采用电阻应变传感器,结合静态应力采集和GPRS传输系统,实现了管道应变数据的自动采集及无线远传。对长达9个月的监测数据进行分析,得出随着建筑施工的不断进展,由于地面沉降,使管道受力存在明显的变化关系,需对燃气管道进行长期应力监测分析。

【Abstract】 An on-site stress monitoring system was installed on buried gas pipes located in the neighboring area of Shanghai Center Tower. The continuous online and real-time monitoring of stress changes were realized by means of data acquisition and GPRS transmission. Field test validated the effectiveness of the designed system. Preliminary analysis of data within 9 months showed that long-time monitoring and analysis should be needed because the ground settlement made pipeline stress changed obviously with the construction progress.
