【Abstract】 As the impacts of various disasters on the city are expanded nonlinearly,the urban planning should pay close attention the safety disaster-prevention planning.The emergency rescue cases in East Japan Earthquake present some profound lessons and successful experiences,which give many important inspirations and references to the Chinese cities in developingthe safety disasterprevention planning.China should attach importance to the distribution of emergency supplies in the formulation of safety disaster-preventionplanning,namely,strengthening thestorage and management of emergency supplies and doing well in the site selection and construction of emergency material reserve and disaster-prevention green space.更多还原
