【摘要】 百姓住房安置是地震灾后重建的首要问题,在大规模的、快速的住房重建过程中,非政府投资类住宅的原地重建涉及的内容最为繁杂,该类项目的规划管理面临着巨大的挑战。结合重建过程中的工作实践,介绍了都江堰灾后非政府投资类住房的原地重建的规划管理,并从原地重建、社区引导下的公众参与、城市建筑风貌保护与规划控制三个方面,对其中的一些经验进行了梳理和总结。更多还原

【Abstract】 The resettlement of local residents is the leading issue in the post-earthquake reconstruction.In the large-scale and rapid housing reconstruction process,the rebuilding of nongovernment invested housing is quite complicated.The planning administration of this kind of program is faced with great challenges.This paper introduces the practice of Dujiangyan,and summarizes some experiences in the aspects of reconstruction of original site,community-centered public participation,urban building pattern protection and planning control etc.更多还原
