【摘要】 《重庆市主城区突发公共事件防灾应急避难场所规划》自2007年3月开始编制,于2007年12月顺利完成。该规划是一个没有既定编制标准的创新性规划。本文以规划编制的思考过程为主线,从标准体系建立、避难场所选取、救援通道划定、配套设施布局四方面详细介绍了规划编制情况,并就规划完成后的下阶段工作重点进行了阐述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Emergency, Disaster Prevention and Evacuee Shelter Planning of Chongqing City started to comply in March, 2007 and completed in December, 2007, which was a creative planning without given compilation standard. This paper introduces the compilation of the plan in the aspects of the establishment of standard system, selection of shelters, identifi cation of rescue path and layout of supporting facilities. Then it introduces the work focus in the next step after the completion of the plan.更多还原
