【摘要】 探究乡村生态、生产和生活空间的合理布局对当前我国实施乡村振兴战略中均衡乡村开发和协调空间秩序有着重要的意义。传统单一目标导向型的空间规划较为忽视乡村空间的多元特征,无法应对当前城市化影响下乡村面临的诸多挑战。提出通过研究乡村三生空间的乡村国土空间开发建设适宜性来综合评估三生空间内建设用地的适宜与否、适宜高低程度,以此作为科学依据进行乡村空间的合理布局。首先分析了乡村空间的四大特征,并提出了乡村空间适宜性评价的核心思路和策略,随后阐述了基于"三生空间协调"的乡村空间适宜性评价方法,即因子识别——建立评估体系——各类型空间适宜性评价——综合因子叠加——与相关规划衔接——确定空间方案的方法体系,最终定量揭示乡村空间开发建设适宜性及其空间分布格局。以河北省雄安新区北沙口乡作为案例进行了技术方法的实证研究,研究成果为该乡村空间利用与有序发展提出了科学指引和决策参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Exploring the rational layout of rural ecology, production and living space is of great significance to the implementation of rural revitalization strategy in the balanced rural development and coordination of spatial order. Traditional single-target-oriented spatial planning ignores the diverse characteristics of rural space and cannot cope with the challenges faced by rural areas under the influence of current urbanization. This paper proposes to comprehensively evaluate the suitability of the construction land in the Production, Living and Ecological space and the suitable height by studying the suitability of rural land space development and construction in the rural The Production, Living and Ecological space, and use this as a scientific basis for the rational layout of rural space. Firstly, the paper analyzes the four characteristics of rural space, and puts forward the core ideas and strategies of rural space suitability evaluation. At the same time, it expounds the method of rural space suitability evaluation based on "the Production, Living and Ecological space coordination", the methodological system is factor identification-establish assessment system-evaluation of spatial suitability of various types-superposition of comprehensive factors-connect with relevant planning-determine spatial schemes, and finally quantitatively reveal the suitability and spatial distribution pattern of rural space development and construction. The article conducts an empirical study of the technical methods in Beishakou Township, the Xiongan New Area in Hebei Province.
