【摘要】 传统的交通规划方法缺乏对土地利用和交通系统之间的互动反馈,使得交通系统往往处于从属地位,导致交通拥堵问题频发,因此,对传统交通规划方法进行改进,提出适合于新区的交通规划方法极为重要。对城市新区的交通特性进行研究,并在中观层面上指出土地利用规划应与交通系统相协调,提出土地利用和交通系统的两个关键指标:容积率和路网承载力。最后,研究现有交通规划方法在城市新区的应用不足,针对城市新区的特点,提出了适合城市新区的交通规划理念,并给出了规划方法流程。更多还原

【Abstract】 The traditional traffic planning method lacks the interactive feedback between land use and traffic system, which makes the traffic system often in a subordinate position and leads to frequent traffic congestion problems. Therefore, it is very important to improve the traditional traffic planning method and put forward the traffic planning method suitable for new urban districts. This paper studies the traffic characteristics of new urban districts, and points out that land use planning should be coordinated with the traffic system on the medium level. This paper puts forward two key indicators of volume ratio and road network carrying capacity in land use and traffic system. Finally, this paper studies the existing traffic planning methods not well used in the new urban districts. Aiming at the characteristics of new urban districts, this paper proposes the traffic planning concept suitable for new urban districts and gives the planning method flow.更多还原
