北京市道路系统抗震设防目标研究

【摘要】 中国汶川、日本东海岸地震对城市造成巨大破坏,给人民生命财产带来重大损失。北京作为首都,抗震设防显得尤为关键。道路交通系统既是救援物资运输的通道,又是避震疏散、受灾人员安置、救援人员和工程队伍入驻及抢救转移伤员的路线,是城市生死攸关的抗震救灾生命线。通过对北京市道路交通抗震体系的研究,从城市整体角度对抗震防灾体系提出相关的建设要求,采用多种方法识别中心城区道路网中抗震设防的关键点段,初步确定不同等级道路的抗震设防目标,并进行典型通道节点抗震疏散分析。

【Abstract】 The earthquakes in Chinese Wenchuan and Japanese East Coast caused the huge damage to the cities and brought the heavy losses to the people’s life and property.The earthquake prevention in Beijing as a capital is extremely important.The road traffic system not only the passage of transporting the rescue supplies,but also the route of earthquake evacuation,victim placement,rescuing members and engineering teams to income and emergently transfer the wounded is the life-and-death earthquake relief lifeline of a city.The article puts forward the relative construction requirements of earthquake prevention system from the whole angle of city through the study of the road traffic earthquake prevention system.Many methods are used to identify the key points and sections of earthquake prevention in the road network of the central area.The article preliminarily defines the earthquake prevention objects of the different-class roads,and analyzes the earthquake evacuation of the typical passage sections.
