【摘要】 目的了解重庆市救治"5.12汶川大地震"四川灾区伤员情况,为类似事件的处理提供依据。方法采用描述性统计分析方法,回顾性分析2008年5月13日至8月25日汶川大地震中转运至重庆救治的2289例地震伤员情况。结果2289例伤员中,轻、中度占80.5%,重度占19.5%,伤型以机械性损伤为主,病伤种类以"累及身体多部位"的多发损伤为主,伤死率2.2‰;伤员转归与伤情损伤程度及年龄有关;转运方式与伤员转归无明显关系。结论本次重庆收治的地震伤员与国内外多次地震伤员的伤型、种类相似;收治的组织、管理等经验有借鉴价值;伤情、收治情况等有关信息可供进一步做专题研究参用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the conditions in Chongqing municipality on curing the wounded from 5.12 Wenchuan earthquake in Sichuan disaster areas,so as to provide a basis for dealing with similar events.Methods Descriptive statistics methods were used for retrospective analysis on the 2 289 wounded transported to Chongqing between May 13,2008 and Aug 25,2008.Results Among the 2 289 wounded,80.5% of them were in slight or moderate condition,and 19.5% of them were in serious condition.Mechanical injury was the main kind of injuries.Complex injury,which complicates in many parts of the body,was the main injury entity.The mortality due to injuries was 2.2‰.Injury degree and age were the two factors influencing the recovery of the wounded.The three transport ways had no evident relations with the recovery of the wounded.Conclusion The injury entities of the wounded from this earthquake cured in Chongqing municipality are familiar with that of the wounded from many earthquakes at home and abroad.The experience in organization and management during the cure can be used for reference.Information like traumatic condition and cure condition can be the reference for further monographic study.更多还原
