【摘要】 探讨地震灾害后前线医疗救援模式和护理策略。对汶川地震灾害后我院派往前线的5批次医疗救援队伍在前线的救援模式及开展工作情况进行回顾性分析,总结出了掌握地震一线救援的特点,建立完善救援组织和模式,加强救援技术学习和演练,认真履行各类人员职责,对提高灾害救治成功率具有重要的意义。地震灾害救援护理策略的关键是:全面提高人员全科素质,快速响应机制,合理分工,明确职责,处置及时,预防交叉感染,以优良的护理技术保障护理安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 To discuss the nursing mode and strategy for earthquake medical disaster rescue and nursing.For supporting medical disaster rescue in Wenchuan earthquake happened on May 12,2008,totally five medical rescue teams were send from our hospital.Their medical records were retrospectively analyzed.The key points of the front-line disaster rescue and nursing were concluded.For a more successful medical disaster rescue and nursing in the future,a competent medical rescue mode and nursing organization,the training of medical disaster rescue and nursing team,and the fulfilling commitment of the team members are suggested.A safer and more efficient front-line medical disaster rescue and nursing system can be set up through training general medical practitioner,setting up prompt medical disaster response system,rational dispatching labor and clarifying duty of every medical rescue members.Meanwhile,the on-time medical management and cross-infection prevention are the key technique points in this system.更多还原
