【摘要】 目的研究汶川地震创伤患者心身健康状况和急性应激障碍的发生情况及影响因素。方法调查204例汶川地震所致创伤患者(创伤组)和经历地震的亲属(对照组)急性应激障碍的发生情况并接受相关问卷调查和临床检查评定,并对结果进行分析。结果创伤组急性应激障碍发生率、持续时间、SCL-90总分和各项分值均显著性高于对照组(P<0.01),且预后情况差。丧亲人数、受困时间和损伤程度是急性应激障碍的影响因素。结论创伤组急性应激障碍患者无法摆脱精神创伤的痛苦记忆,严重影响患者的心身健康。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the mind and physical health status of the traumatic patients caused by Wenchuan earthquake,and to research the situation and influential factors of acute stress disorder.Methods To investigate the incidence situation of acute stress disorder between 204 traumatic patients with acute stress disorder caused by Wenchuan earthquake and the relatives with same experience as controls,and to assess them by questionnaires and clinical examination evaluation.Results Incidence rate,persistent time,SCL-90 total score and each score of the traumatic patients with acute stress disorder were obviously higher than those of the controls(P<0.01),and the prognosis was worse than controls.Number of disasters in relatives,trapped time and degree of injury were the influential factors of acute stress disorder.Conclusion The traumatic patients with acute stress disorder could not be divorced from the distressing recollections.Acute stress disorder seriously affect the patients′ psychosomatic health.更多还原
