步进式烧结机电除尘器结构设计研究

【摘要】 现有烧结机电除尘器在运行中存在参数不稳定、除尘效率降低的问题。为了解决此问题,基于传统烧结机的结构和工艺分析,提出了步进式烧结机冷却段电除尘器设计方案。在现有烧结机电除尘器整体结构方案的基础上,对阳极振打、阴极传动箱进行结构改造,优化相关技术参数,以提高各种绝缘部件和密封件在高温下的使用寿命;同时,改进电除尘器槽型板的悬挂方式,在气流的作用下,轻微摆动,实现自动清灰功能。通过现场应用,验证了该除尘器的稳定性、可靠性、高效性。

【Abstract】 The operating parameters of the existing sintered electromechanical precipitator are unstable,and the dust-removal efficiency is low. Based on the analysis of the structure and process of the traditional sintering machine,a design scheme of the electric precipitator of the step sintering machine cooling section is proposed. Based on the existing sintering electromechanical dust removal overall structure scheme,the structural reform is carried out about anode vibration and cathode drive box. Technical parameters are optimized to improve the service life of various insulation parts and seals at high temperatures. The suspension mode of the electrostatic precipitator groove plate is improved,and under the action of air flow,slight swing comes out to achieve automatic cleaning. The field application shows that the step sintering electromechanical precipitator can ensure stable,reliable and efficient operation.
