钢筋网对道路混凝土振动的阻隔及对策
Barrier and Countermeasures of Reinforced Mesh on Pavement Concrete Vibration
【摘要】 道路工程中,钢筋网下的混凝土往往不容易振动密实,钢筋网对振动能量存在阻隔作用。通过比较振动加速度的层间差异和测定分层密度等方法,研究振动能量在混凝土中(钢筋网上、下)的传播情况。研究表明:经过单层钢筋网的阻隔,振动能量在水平方向上约衰减12%,竖直方向上约衰减19%;振捣棒周边混凝土的硬化状态对振动能量的传播有一定影响;钢筋网的存在对其上混凝土的密实无显著影响,对其下混凝土则影响较大;振动频率和振动延续时间是影响振动能量衰减系数的关键因素,适当的增大振动频率、延长振动延续时间可以有效的抑制能量衰减。
【Abstract】 In the road engineering,the concrete below reinforced mesh is not always compacted,because the reinforced mesh offers resistance to vibration energy.Through the method of comparing the differences of vibration acceleration and determining the density of the layered concrete,the spread of vibration energy in concrete is studied.It is shown that vibration energy attenuation is about 12% in horizontal direction,meanwhile in vertical direction is about 19% through the reinforced mesh.Concrete hardening state around the vibrating spear has certain effect on the spread of vibration energy.Reinforced mesh has no significant effect on top concrete,but has great effect on the bottom concrete.Vibration frequency and time greatly affect coefficients of vibration energy attenuation,and appropriate increase of vibration frequency or lengthening of vibration time can effectively reduce the energy attenuation.
