【摘要】 加强党内法规研究既是推进全面从严治党,加强政党治理实践的迫切需要,也是丰富和完善党内法规理论的必然要义。当前学界关于党内法规的研究主要围绕党内法规的涵义、党内法规的体系、党内法规建设、党内法规和国家法律关系四个方面展开,取得了一定成效。但是,有关党内法规研究的学科视野还不够开拓,研究的内容有待进一步丰富,研究的方法不够多样。学界应从扩展学科范围、构建多科学理论体系,关注国外政党党内法规、丰富研究内容,运用比较研究方法、拓展理论视野三个方面进一步深化党内法规研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present, the research on the intra-rule of political party focuses on the basic issues of intra-rule, such as concepts and characters, the system of intra-rule, the construction of intra-rule and the relationships between intra-rule and state law. The intra-rule of political party has successfully transformed from a political discourse to academic concepts. However, there still have many problems on the research of intra-rule of political party, such as the research field is limited to the legal field, the research contents need to be expanded to include more and the research methods are not diverse. In the future, the research on intra-rule of political party should be conduct from the following aspects: expanding the research horizon to construct the theoretical system of the intra-rule of political party; paying more attention to the intra-rule of foreign political parties toenrich the research content; and using comparative research methods to make the research more meaningful,thus to deep the research on intra-rule of political party.更多还原
