草酸钴生产行业氨氮废水处理现状

【摘要】 钴是一种重要的金属材料,具有优良的物理、化学和机械性能,其应用领域非常广泛,而草酸钴是制备高品质钴氧化物和单质钴粉的重要中间产品。目前国内外草酸钴生产厂家普遍采用以草酸铵为沉淀剂的诱导沉淀法制备草酸钴,产生大量含氨氮的废水。随着环保要求越来越严格,如何有效处理草酸钴生产行业的含氨氮废水,实现资源的高效利用,显得尤为重要。本文从草酸钴的生产工艺、含氨废水的处理现状及存在的问题等方面进行了阐述,可为草酸钴企业对氨氮废水进行处理时提供有益参考。

【Abstract】 Cobalt is an important metal material with excellent physical, chemical and mechanical properties. It is widely used in many fields. Cobalt oxalate is an important intermediate product for the preparation of high quality cobalt oxide and cobalt powder. At present, cobalt oxalate is prepared by induced precipitation with ammonium oxalate as precipitator by domestic and foreign cobalt oxalate producers, which produces a large amount of wastewater containing ammonia nitrogen. With the increasingly stringent environmental protection requirements, how to effectively treat ammonia-containing nitrogen wastewater from cobalt oxalate production industry and achieve efficient utilization of resources is particularly important. In this paper, the production process of cobalt oxalate, the treatment status and existing problems of ammonia-containing wastewater are described, which can provide a useful reference for cobalt oxalate enterprises in the treatment of ammonianitrogen wastewater.
