【Abstract】 The paper introduces the ideas and methods of technical due diligence investigation of overseas mining project acquisition. Take technical due diligence investigation in the early stage of the acquisition of a large overseas copper mine as an example, and based on open pit optimization software project valuation is done in a variety of situations as the basis of enterprise decision–making.It reveals the technical risk of acquisition and evaluates the impact of the risk on the project valuation and provides a solid foundation for the resources enterprise that goes abroad to make mine acquisitions.更多还原
