西部地区侏罗系砂岩冻结单轴强度特性试验

【摘要】 冻结岩石力学特性是西部地层煤矿井筒设计的重要参数。通过电控液压伺服岩石单轴加载装置对内蒙古鄂尔多斯地区侏罗系砂岩进行单轴试验,研究了冻结温度与侏罗系砂岩力学特性的关系。研究表明:侏罗系砂岩在冻结温度下的单轴抗压强度均随温度的降低而增大,从-5℃降低到-15℃的过程中,细砂岩的强度值提高约45.887%,较中细砂岩的强度值提高约48.374%,同一温度下,中细砂岩的单轴强度总是大于细沙岩;砂岩含水率越高,冻结后对低温的反应越敏感,单轴抗压强度也较大,从-5℃降低到-15℃的过程中,同一温度下,含水率为9.6%的中细砂岩较含水率为5.8%的细砂岩单轴抗压强度相比增长了6.494%~8.824%;分析温度与单轴强度及峰值应变的关系,发现中细砂岩对冻结温度更敏感。实验结论对我国西部冻结井壁理论设计和关键建井技术的发展具有一定参考意义。

【Abstract】 The frozen rock mechanical properties are important parameters for the design of wellbore in western strata. The uniaxial test of Jurassic sandstone in Erdos area of Inner Mongolia was carried out by electronically controlled hydraulic servo rock single-axis loading device. The relationship between freezing temperature and mechanical properties of Jurassic sandstone was studied. The results show that the uniaxial compressive strength of the frozen Jurassic sandstone increases with the decrease of temperature. From the decrease of-5 °C to-15 °C, the strength of fine sandstone increases by about 45.887%, which is better than that of medium-fine sandstone. The strength value is increased by about 48.374%. At the same temperature, the uniaxial strength of medium-fine sandstone is always greater than that of fine sandstone; the higher the water content of sandstone, the more sensitive it is to the low temperature after freezing, and the higher the strength, from-5 °C. In the process of-15 °C, the medium-fine sandstone with a water content of 9.6% at the same temperature increased by 6.494% to 8.824% compared with the uniaxial compressive strength of fine sandstone with a water content of 5.8%; the analysis temperature and uniaxial strength The relationship between the peak strain and the temperature-curve curve is fitted. The results show that the medium-fine sandstone is more sensitive to temperature. The experimental conclusions have important reference value for the theoretical design of frozen shaft wall and the progress of key well construction technology in western China.
