基于短信的时空地震灾情收集与管理

【摘要】 地震现场各种信息获取与传输是应急指挥工作中的重要内容,有关灾情的资料是政府部门防震减灾决策的重要依据。本文研究了震后灾情信息的分类与编码,探讨了灾情信息的时空特性,阐述了T-GIS在地震灾情信息获取与发布工作中的应用,在基态修正时空数据模型的基础上提出了基于短信的时空地震灾情收集与管理模型,采用ArcGIS二次开发技术实现了灾情信息的时空检索与查询功能。

【Abstract】 The acquisition and transmission of all kinds of information in earthquake site is an important work of emergency command elements,the relevant disaster information is an important basis in earthquake disaster reduction for governmental decision-making.Post-earthquake disaster information classification and coding were studied in the paper,the temporal and spatial characteristics of the disaster information were explored,T-GIS in the work of earthquake disaster information acquisition and dissemination was described.Collection and management model of spatio-temporal earthquake disaster information based on SMS was proposed in the base state with amendments based on the spatio-temporal data model and functions of the information retrieval and query were achieved with ArcGIS.
