应力波法锚杆无损检测技术研究

【摘要】 锚杆检测的应力波法是一种快速、有效的无损检测方法,其基本方法是在锚杆顶端施加一瞬态冲击荷载,激发应力波在锚杆锚固段内不同阻抗界面处发生反射和透射,并由安设在锚杆顶端的传感器接受反射信号,考虑到激振力产生的纵波波长比锚杆半径大得多,因而忽略系统的横向位移,把锚杆体视为一维弹性杆状体,通过对反射波相位特征和能量衰减规律的分析,从而获得锚杆长度及锚固质量等参数。

【Abstract】 Stress wave method for bolt testing is a fast and effective nondestructive testing method,its essential method is to apply a transient impact load on the bolt end,and the stimulated stress wave will reflect or transmit in different impedence sections,and the reflection signal will be received by the sensor fixed on the bolt end,considering the wavelength of longitudinal wave produced by excitation force is much longer than the bolt’s radius,transversal displacement can be ignored,so the bolt can be treated as an unidimensional elastic rod,through the analysis of reflected wave’s phase characteristic and energy attenuation laws,the bolt’s length and anchoring quality and some other parameters can be acquired.
