【Abstract】 As an innovation center with in the regional innovation system, it has the characteristics of high innovation input, large innovation output and concentration of innovative resources.The Regional Innovation Center is also a complex network system.On the basis of studying the concept and connotation of the regional innovation center of the Yangtze River Delta city group, the basic characteristics of the regional innovation center of the Yangtze River Delta city group are expounded, and then the functional structure system of the regional innovation center of the yangtze river delta city group is proposed.By analyzing the basic situation of Shanghai’s regional innovation center to promote the Yangtze River Delta city group, this paper puts forward the basic idea of building the function and layout of the Yangtze River Delta Regional Innovation Center.更多还原
